    weight-went up to 200 months following covid in 2020 started working in october lost 15-20 within a month and a half. sitting around 182 right now.

    current max on incline db-110x5 i think
    current max on flat db- 125x4
    current max on shoulder db-90x4 or 5


    been working out for 10 or 11 years. started keeping track on and off 10 years ago. recently only been posting lifts i'm proud of.

    hit walking lunges with 75 dumbells. last week got 3 sets, this week 2. i hit 10 reps each leg today but then failed miserably after second set of 8. they're so brutal.
