important info as of april 5th 2021
age-25
weight-went up to 200 months following covid in 2020 started working in october lost 15-20 within a month and a half. sitting around 182 right now.
height- 5'7
current max on bench-290
current max on deadlift-475
current max on squat-425
current max on incline db-110x5 i think
current max on flat db- 125x4
current max on shoulder db-90x4 or 5

then severe anxiety and depression hit, this was done a week and a half ago and i haven't had an appetite or motivation since.
seeking therapy
it feels like i want to go home but i'm already there
it feels like i wake up and my brain switches the sad switch into on

lifts from this week, nothing extraordinary but proud for the most part.
flat bench 300x1
squat 415x1
deadlift 465x1
sitting at 182ish
didn't do much to try and hit goals this year so happy still strong enough to hit these. i'll get 3 plate bench next year, 5 plate deadlift and 4 1/2 plate squat. see ya then. squats and DLs on youtube: rustycheerios

working towards 3 plates with double blue bands x5... or 4 1/2 plates or 5 plates squat by the end of the year.

first relationship was incredible a lot of learning experiences... she isn't the one though.
****ed up my ankle playing basketball haven't been consistent in a while. first day doing legs in weeks.

second was this influencer chick that works out at the gym i go to. super nice. she let me use her liquid chalk. our gym banned regular chalk.
