pause squats
225x6 245x6 x4 sets (few weeks ago did 275x5 pause, ****ed up lower back for the rest of that week)
bench pause
225x5 x5 sets
rows
225x5 x5 sets
put on at least 20 pounds since the summer.
hit dumbbell shoulder press 80x3 a few weeks ago

layne norton hypertrophy routine
upper body power
lowerbody power
rest
back shoulders volume
legs volume
chest arms volume
first week of this current lifts;
bent over rows 2 plates x5 x3 sets
flat db press 90x5 100x5 110x4 if i remember correctly
shoulder db press 50x10 60x8 65x6-8
squats 275x5 315x4 335x2 (working on going ATG with this weight)
those are the only things im proud of.
