didn't succeed in those goals for the end of '15. life gets in the way(aka exhaustion).
hit 225x3 on flat bb though.
no longer a 'teen' either. getting more defined though- doing 'tough mudder' in 2 months.
seen different in middle back/legs. more stamina.

from dec 27-july 20th 2017(I think it was) i achieved over 109,000 pushups. I'm glad I finally go to end that pushup life. as well as no fap for over a year. well, sex doesn't count right?
current age- 22
weight- ~170
height- 5'7
current max on the bench- 245
lol @ first post. my lifts were huge, the gains were huge looking in the first page. wow what a shame. got living life after HS, things went down, got tired and busy. someone asked me if I got smaller from a year ago, time to start hitting hard again...
hit 95x5 db press a month or so ago. not going so heavy on deadlifts and squats anymore. tryin to work on front squats. and single leg presses. got to hit back harder, as I dont want to be leaned forward, someone recommended working on back and hitting it harder, taking that advice. on paper life should be good, but mentally i'm devastated.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=133625481
