broiled marinated chicken breasts (vidalia onion dressing), nan, spinach, grilled onions and cheese

I don't have a mixer, so i have not attempted sludge...so i figured i would make protien ice cream.....contents = bananna myofusion, 3 golden kiwi and coconut milk

yea 10 pounds is cool...i know others have lost more...depends on if fat is being replaced by muscle...anyway the journey continues
oh and the salad is from a Greek Restaurant i go to on lunch sometimes
