Just updated original post with pics. Food porn will commence.
If anything it gives the less developed/experienced people an advantage. A more advanced athlete wont make the improvements that newer people to the sport will. If I were overweight and dieting down that might be a different story.
Lets hope so. Project white Ronnie Coleman in motion.
thx for following along. Ill warn u in advance, it will be boring.556/325/622 - 1504 total raw @ 193

they're implants
yea dude all that experience and years of training is going to help me pack it on big in 18 weeks lol notserious.jpg
The lowest I got was 20f/145c/180p and I believe at that point my metab took a big hit. Starting adding 10cho back in EVERY DAY and watched the scale. Got back up to 250ish and started making progress again. if I could do it all over I would have probably started even higher in cho or taken a diet break. What are you at currently?556/325/622 - 1504 total raw @ 193

I feel about as good as can be expected I suppose. I'm too scared all my muskels will fall off if I drop protein lol...in fact, I'm trying to convince myself not to raise it! I guess I'm just subconsciously under the illusion that more protein = less risk of muscle wasting...which is completely untrue, especially considering I'm already at nearly 1.4g/lb.
I think I just need to come to terms w/ the fact that my calories may have to get REALLY low in order to reach my goals by comp time. Not ideal obviously, but I'll have plenty of time for repair once the shows are finally over with...
sorry to clutter up your new log on the first page brah!

thx!
Dobro dun! Ive actually only had it a few times but am starting to make it more often. Theres so many foods I like and its hard to decide for me. I havent had pancakes for wuite sometime and Im starting to miss those. Having to keep cho down makes it tough to decide on what I use. Makes me sad lol.
Haha. Im telling you it was awesome. Pretty filling too, must be the fiber.556/325/622 - 1504 total raw @ 193
