2 pounds ground turkey
1 small onion, diced, 2 1/2 ounces
10 ounces frozen broccoli florets
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large skillet, brown the meat and onion, seasoning with salt and pepper; drain the fat. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli until tender-crisp; drain very well and season with salt and pepper. Put the cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on HIGH about 45 seconds until soft. Whisk until creamy and smooth. Gradually whisk in the cream until smooth, then stir in the parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Mix the turkey and broccoli in a large, greased casserole, 2 1/2 quarts or larger. Pour in the cream sauce and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes, until bubbly and browned on top.
Makes 6-8 servings

you can mix ground turkey with 1/2 cup of oats, splash of worstershire, lemon juice salt and pepper and make a mean turkey meat loaf.
Also you could cook it in a skillet, add some taco seasoning and eat turkey tacos with corn tortillas, salsa and wholey quacamole.
or you could just make turkey burgers with sauted oninons and mushrooms. Lots of different choices.

for an actually JUICY turkey burger that doesn't taste like you faceplanted on the beach and ate sand:
1/2lb ground turkey
1 whole egg
1/4 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
1 TBSPN weber roasted garlic and herb seasoning
combine all ingredients with a fork untill well blended.
heat two TBSN canola or cococonut oil in pan.
loosely form two patties (with any ground meat, whenever making burgers never smush together and form too compact)
cook on one side for ten minutes.
flip and cook for 10-15 more.
remove and plate. while they rest, put three or four handfuls of fresh spinach into the pan to sop up your oil and sautee down just until wilted. plate.
you can have two slices of cheddar melting on top of your burgers while cooking spinach too

I make a similiar recipe like this^. BUT i double the turkey and make several thin patties so they dont get too dry from overcooking. Then i just micro them with cheese as a snack throughout the week. Straightforward and easy sleezy.Dripping with desire.

Here's what I've been using on my cut:
16oz 99/1 lean ground turkey
divide into 4oz patties. Mix generously with onion and garlic powder.
Cook on medium heat with 1tbsp grape seed oil.Your life will never be a straight path.”
