Ur not gonna like this but the only way to lose belly fat is to cut and drop body fat. The problem is u can't spot reduce fat. Now being u said ur slim maybe it will be the first to go, but usually it's the last.

As for as cardio, find something that works for u. I lift 3x a week and run 2 miles before I lift. It works great for me. Some people rather cardio after lifting and some like it on off days. Reguardless..lifting heavy burns more than cardio anyway. Focus on that, plus eating at a defacit. That's my answer to losing ur belly

They would be ignored, just like the "How to Lose Fat for Noobs" sticky and the search function.

We need more then just a calorie goal to really assist you. What kind of foods? How many meals? Any supplements?

By implementing proper exercise and diet you will lose fat first. But one thing to always remember is a flat stomach is made in the kitchen not in the gym!

    meal 1 = 60g oatmeal , 1and half scoops of whey
meal 2 = 1 tin tuna and 2 slices wholemeal bread
    meal 3 = 150g chicken and 100g rice
    meal 4 = same as meal 3
meal 5 = tin of sardines
    meal 5 = 150g steak and veggies
this is roughly between 2000 cals and 2500 cals ive gone low on carbs as to loose the body fat, also around 250g protein so as not to loose to much muscle.
    what do you think?
