May as well get in on this for motivation.
I've been bulking on around 3500-4000 calories, got up to 78kg, gym membership has now expired.
I'm too busy to get to gym regularly for the next few months, so I'll be eating about 3000 calories a day and doing bodyweight stuff at home when I can. I've never really tried to lose fat before so this will be interesting for me.
I didn't realise how "soft" I was looking until I took these... no flex at all in these.
