yeah i know right?
the thing is everyone wants him to slim down, but its how he was raised i guess. eating **** food his whole life. i keep telling him it takes a **** load of hard work and dedication, and that once he slims down hes ganna get 10x more puss, to try and motivate him. any suggestion to keep a fat dude on a diet and working hard?

Well done. It shows what eating clean and just lifting hard with high reps, low reps, drop sets, partial reps, super sets etc, good compound lifts, cardio (HIIT 3-4) a week, loads of water, veg, fruits, sleep, green tea's, caffeines, good supps (dont need loads) etc can do for you. This is what I do and I have made some sick gains and lost BF, I dont bulk or cut, I find that kinda dumb to be honest, but to each his own.
I seem to receive alot of P.M's on nutrition advice, training & among other general subjects, please give me time to reply, I don't mind answering your questions, thanks! Ladies and Gents.
