Tomorrow is a cheat day.Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

Note - Emotional Week.
Very emotional week for me, been going through a lot in the last 6 - 8 months.. Broke down on wednesday and talked to my mother about it. Main thing is I haven't been sleeping that much.
Mostly thoughts of suicide, and believing no one out there cares about me. Trying to put it all behind me and be more open to my family.
Diet did no suffer due to these feelings but I have really been looking forward to this cheat day. And will weigh myself once I wake up.
Working 6 days this week. 8hrs/12hrs/8hrs/9hrs/4hrs/6hrs (could be little less or more haven't done it yet.) ~ 45 hours this week between both jobs! Shall be a good pay cheque.Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

Haven't updated in a while, fuk. Down to 190, 19 pounds in 7 weeks, not that fuking bad!
Last night I had the best chest/back workout I've had in weeks! Was pumped to do it and excited to do it. Did cardio at the end and was just burnt the **** out after that.
Diet has been **** for the last 4 days, going to challange myself to have no cheats for 12 days, should be interesting.Pain is temporary.
