Thanks! It seemed to come off relatively quick although I'm still kicking myself in the ass for getting that bad in the first place. Wish I would have come to this section prior to the fulkathon. Better late than never though.
I will say the one and only advantage of doing it that way was there is absolutely no possible way I shortchanged myself on any noob gains by under-eating, that's for sure.

Yeah, I used to hate legs the first few weeks because of the DOMs and having to walk around work. That, and the fact that for a while I couldn't lift much but after a couple of months, they skyrocketed and leg day became just as enjoyable as any other.
^^ Lol She wanted me, I could tell. Her BF was hammered and was completely focused on his 2am pizza and the swarm of women surrounding him. I could have snuck off with her!
Thanks a lot! I definitely invested all of my free time into eating and training, and more recently, learning the correct way to do things.
A lot of work to go still! Can't even call it work really. I love every second of it.

Yeah. That was my first car. 1990 TT. It was nice while it lasted but it probably wasn't the smartest purchase I ever made. I was big into cars when I was around 18. My friends and I all had pretty fast cars and we used to just spend our free time messing around with them. I used this name for car forums, instant messenger when it was popular, so I just stuck with the same thing for pretty much any forum I've registered for since then to keep it simple. Should probably come up with something new lol.
Just a few pics I saved...few of my friends and mine.
We started in relatively similar places, minus the bit of height difference. Some great progress!
Joel...we missed our chance.

Lol on that note...super sexy new personal trainer started at my gym yesterday. She keeps eyein me up worse than Stacy was.
Since this is a log I think...
Today was another Leg day. Had to alter my schedule this week and push everything back 1 day. Won't repost the lifts, basically the same as the last time I posted a leg day, although I did seated and standing calf raises today, and cut out 1 set from each of the other exercises.
As mentioned above somewhere, been eating at 2800 cals (maintenance) for the week. Still don't know what the **** I want to do, cut more or start bulking. Depending on what mirror I'm in front of, my opinion changes...fuuuu
Today: 2802: 97F/265C/218P
Went a little higher on Fat and Protein today.
Yesterday, which will be similar to a typical bulk day (just more carbs) when I start,
2799: 85F/326.5C/189.1P

Slow log is slooooowwwwwwwwww. Need to quit my job to free up time to focus on logs.
Week at maintenance + Easter weekend binge was awesome. Didn't pack on any extra lbs, but Monday's workout was awesome. I was able to go back up a few lbs on some lifts that were dying off the past couple months. Wish I had done a full week like that back in February or so. Fuuuuuu, can't wait to start bulking again. Kicking myself for all the progress I'm missing out on.
Oh well, LIVE AND LEARN. That's what this is all about.
