-2 Scoops Protein Powder
-2 Eggs
-1/2 cup sugar (can use splenda/stevia instead)
-1/2 tbsp baking powder
Workout: Upper Day 2
-Smith Shoulder Press: Switched it up by doing BTN instead of front, and got 65 (in plates)x10
-Chinups: BWx12
-Bent over rows:110x7
-DB Bench Press: 55sx7 (Happy about this one)
-Dips: BWx15 (slow)
-Curls: 30sx13
-(Did some behind the back shrugs) got 110x15
Lunch today was frijoles negros y arroz con Pollo au jus with buttered bread and sweet plantains at La Carreta
