I fukked up my back today but ive been icing it and it seems to be getting better. Will post updates tomorrow, but going to bed for now.

I have an injured back as well, I injured it almost 3 months ago and had 2 setbacks along the way so I know how it feels. My best advice to you is to not push things, if it means not working out certain parts of your body or not doing certain exercises, it sucks but it's something you have to do. I was impatient, thought I was okay to go back because my back
'felt' fine, but I ended up just making things worse.

Proats were a concoction of chocolate myofusion, cinnamon, cocoa, pumpkin puree, chocolate FF/SF jello mix and natty smuckers. Def fav meal of the day!

-BB parallel squat: 145x8
-Romanian DL: 195x8
-Leg Press: 220x11
-Seated Leg Curl: 140x10
-Standing Calf Raises: 360x6
-Seated Calf Raises: 130x12

Big set of abs-Decline Crunch
-Decline Reverse Crunch

Food:

Breakfast: Proats and a side of chicken
Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich w/ almonds and triscuits
Dinner: Cookies+Big shrimp stir-fry (pictured below)

Thoughts:

Successful leg day was successful! I was kind of worried because of my back, but no pain came up at all (with the exception of during leg press, which is how I injured it in the 1st place [pinched a nerve]). Spring Break in two days!

Here's what was for dinner, Shrimp with veggies and rice. Side of Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper.

-Wide grip Lat pulldown: 115x12
-Skullcrushers: 60x13

It was my first time making em, but they came out pretty delicious for the style.

Recipe:

-3 tbsp PB
-4 Tbsp cocoa
-2 Scoops Protein Powder
-2 Eggs
-1/2 cup sugar (can use splenda/stevia instead)
-1/2 tbsp baking powder

Combine all ingredients and bake on metal tray for 10-15 mins

Yesterday was an off day, today's lower day 2 so there'll be some food pr0n up for ya later

Also: Upped my CHO to 350g and fat lowered to 78g yesterday. Weighed in at 155 this morning, but gonna sign that off as water weight.

Bad news guys, I hurt my back again today while deadlifting, couldn't even do calf raises afterwards

I'm icing it right now and it's feeling a little better, but still got some strain going on. Got up to 200x8 DL before I stopped. Gonna reassess after upper day 2 tomorrow
