I started seriously working out just over three weeks ago. Right now i use a routine that is a Push/Pull style. Meaning monday & thursday i work out muscles used to push; bench press, shoulder workouts, tricep curls and so one. Then tuesday & friday I do bicep curls, bar curls, targeted bicep curls, pull down, and rows. I also workout my core everyday. I do legs on wednsday and rest. I apologize for lack of correct terminology of workouts. Anyways I was wondering if I should change my routine for a better result.
