    Should I Pause My Weight Loss Diet While I Recover?

    So the first week into my weight loss diet I injured my elbow doing curls (didn't properly warm up!). I assume cutting without lifting weights can compromise extra muscle so should I pause my diet for a week or so as I recover to preserve as much muscle as I can during this time?
