Yeah so I'm cutting right now and I have a crazy appetite where I'm almost always hungry. So I have 2-3 cups of decaf after dinner usually to help fill me up. I also drink a cup of regular coffee pwo every day that I lift.
Basically my question is, is there any side effects from drinking 2-3 cups of decaf coffee a day? I don't add cream or sugar, just a drop of 1% milk because I don't like black instant coffee.

If you're cutting why not just drink regular instead of decaf? Caffeine is a great appetite killer! I guess the decaf Wont keep you up at night?

Decaf coffee is pointless. If you don't want the caffeine before bed than go with a herbal tea. Chamomile is great!

I jest (and I couldn't find the exact quote, so I approximated) but seriously, the only bad thing about decaf coffee vs something like tea is the staining that occurs to your teeth. Also, drinking nothing but coffee (of any kind) on an empty stomach can be a bit upsetting on certain people's digestive systems.Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
