So over the last month I have been tracking my food on the DailyBurn and using its recommended guidelines and things have been going well, but recently I've gotten into roller derby and will be trying out in a few months.
In order to prep I've been skating 2 times a week for 2 hours a go (heart rate between 80%-90%) and also 1-2 full body heavy lifting workouts per week I feel like I am all out of whack now. I also feel like I really need some specific guidance to work on my goals and was considering an online trainer.
Does anyone have an personal experience they can share and possibly some recommendations (positive or negative)?
Thanks in advance!

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.

I worked with Kimm4 last summer. She designed a nutritional plan for me based on my stats designed to reduced my BF while preserving muscle.
I did what she said, and in the time she promised, I got what I wanted!!
