Protein powder + greek yogurt

The dannon greek yogurt has a good amt of added sugar if I am not mistaken?

Not the plain. I just buy the plain unflavored and it has no added anything. The ingredient profile is just non fat milk and yogurt cultures.

Anyone suggest a good protein powder to use as a mix in with greek yogurt? I was thinking XF's lemon cream pie + vanilla greek yogurt. Any other suggestions that have worked well for you?

vasolate vanilla+greek yogurt..probably any flavor of vasolate or xf would work..I use it with Oikos and ***e

Yeah I think the original post that gave me the idea was using the LCP flavor. I am gonna get that one next as my Cinnamon roll has ran out.

I squeeze an organic lemon so the juice is in the bowl with the yogurt and vanilla protein powder, and mix it up, and it tastes really good.

I use Kroger brand nonfat Greek yogurt and add any flavor of XF or Cor-Whey. Phenomenal. Surprisingly, the CnC XF UP is great in Greek yogurt, and I'm normally not a fan.

On occasion Ill buy a bottle of Kefir (liquid yogurt) and make my shakes with that and I love it.

1 scoop Chocolate Peanutbutter protein powder with vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 cup bran buds pre bed. The bran buds add a nice crunch without affecting the taste. And helps keep things moving along.

My favorite couple right now for this are PEScience Select Snickerdoodle (even makes a good dip like this just in plain yogurt) and Select Gourmet Vanilla comes out pretty damn similar to ice cream for taste
