last couple days i have been waking up with trigger finger on my left ring finger. it went away during the day yesterday, but today its not going away. im meeting the dr. tomorrow, but am curious what i should take (if anything, besides ibuprofen)..
im almost positive that it came upon from lifting weights since that is the most pressure i put on my hands (grip) during the day..
ALSO ALSO - my joints really hurt from running on the treadmill yesterday. any supplements besides glucosamine/chondrotin. (which is in my triad).. im 5'6 @125lbs, curious about dosages.
thanks guys.!

Go get a diabetes test. That's a side effect of diabetes. If it keeps getting worse, you'll have to get trigger finger surgery. Trigger finger is caused by inflamation of the sheath that the tendons glide through when moving. Think of a rope being pulled through a hole that is too tight.
I am in the medical field.
good luck.
