    Suggestions on this split?

    So i've been struggling with finding a split that works with what im trying to get at. So i thought of this split, its a little weird, so tell me what you guys think.

    Sunday: Legs/Abs
    Tuesday: Chest/Triceps
    Thursday: Back/Calves
    Saturday: Shoulders/Biceps

    Reason i put shoulders with biceps its cause every time i put back/biceps my biceps are completely dead after i finish back.

    Feedback or suggestions would be appreciated.

    How about legs/biceps and shoulders/abs? I'm only suggesting that because I tried shoulders/biceps once and for some reason my biceps were weak after (maybe from upright rows and getting into position for db press, idk?). Looks good though. Try it out and see if you want to change it.

    Thats true, i did shoulders today and my arms felt a little weak after. I'l try it out and see, or not i'l just switch it to legs/biceps. thanks man
