So i've been struggling with finding a split that works with what im trying to get at. So i thought of this split, its a little weird, so tell me what you guys think.
Sunday: Legs/Abs
Tuesday: Chest/Triceps
Thursday: Back/Calves
Saturday: Shoulders/Biceps
Reason i put shoulders with biceps its cause every time i put back/biceps my biceps are completely dead after i finish back.
Feedback or suggestions would be appreciated.
