Just purchased this product and it is awesome. massive pumps, good energy and the orange flavor is delicious. I do have a question about the creatine though. Is there enough creatine in 2 scoops to cover my needs or will I need to supplement with another product to get the amount needed. I wasn't sure if the nitrate was more potent and not as much is needed? thanks for the help

Im still taking c4. I bought the 60 serving container and have finished almost half of it already and definitely have noticed bigger gains in size and strength. Taking more creatine may put a lot of stress on the kidneys but it would help you get even bigger. The point of this is me telling u that after a container of c4 you will definitely be set for beach season; thats if you train hard!

Two scoops of C4 would only give you 2g of creatine. Although, Creatine Nitrate is very effective, I would definitely add in another creatine, as it works well with the Creatine Nitrate and it will help your tub of C4 last longer.

Anyone over 200lbs is probably going to need additional creatine support.
I would suggest Magnapower at another 2.5-5 grams, or adding in a scoop of stim free M5. The Gen 3 M5 will also have a stim free option so it can be stacked with 2 scoops of C4.No Longer with Cellucor....do not contact directly for assistance, please see Official Rep Thread for assistance or contact Cellucor directly at Cellucor.com

couldnt hurt to throw in another gram of any creatine
and when I say that, I mean any form that will yield 1g of creatine"Don't ask for a lighter load, ask for a stronger back."
If I buy milk from the grocery store and get it home only to realize that the jug is expiring tomorrow...I sure as hell am not driving to punch a farmer in the face and tip his cow over.

at 16 years old sir i would not be utilizing C4, i would wait until you are 18 years old
To answer your questions
C4 has 1g of creatine nitrate per scoop i would suggest 3-5g of Creatine on workout days.
So therefore if you use one scoop you need 2-4 extra grams of creatine mono
if you use 2 scoops then 1-3 extra grams.

I'm pretty sure ON is Creapure. Creapure is in a lot of different products, but I think the biggest size ON Creatine is the cheapest one out there, and if you're only using 1-2g on workout days and 5g on off-days (which there was a long post about being uncessary), it should probably last you the next billion years.
