Hi I just finished my short 4 week cut I thought I would post some pictures to see what everyone thinks. I supposedly went down from 16% bf to 11%bf but that’s with the digital scales so I know there inaccurate but need to get some callipers.
It was my first cut and think I lost it a bit too quick, I was planning on doing it for 5 weeks but after 4 weeks I felt my lifts were getting worse and they weren’t great in the first place so stopped it there. Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the comments, I got all my information from this forum after doing things wrong for a while.
Yeah I’m about to start my bulk tomorrow hopefully sort my arms and shoulders out. In regards to my diet and workout I found the Total Metabolism Forecaster very helpful in order to work out my macros and calorie needs.
I was eating having around 1743 cals with 156g of protein, 140g of carbs and 62g of fat. I’ve got a home gym so I was a bit limited in my workout but I’ve been working out for a while just not well. For the cut I ran 2 miles, and did abdominal work 6 days a week with a full body workout of weights 3 days a week.
I went from 156lbs at the start of the cut to 144 at the end. Next time I’ll do it slower with slightly more cals. Yeah I forgot the dino was there, next time ill tidy up before hand.
