Proper meditation can reduce stress and improve concentration levels...and therefore keep a higher focus during your training sessions and also potentially have your overall cortisol levels in check.
Bruce Lee meditated...be like Bruce!
Results dont happen after a week or 2 of meditation though, it really requires consistent practice and study.
