3 months progress pics

As I stated I will post my progress pics/stats month to month without fail. And as always I would like some serious feedback, if I have not improved in certain areas let me know, if I have not changed at all let me know, I need to hear it. My wife just keeps telling me I am getting too big and at 182lbs I am far from big

quads noticeably bigger in latest pics. way to go! abs less visible, I guess that goes with the training/eating cycle you're on. I'd like to get my quads bigger in a month.

174 * .891 = 155
182 * .870 = 158

about 3lbs lean mass increase

plus or minus BF% error. are you using a caliper?

Tremendous incress in your lats . Overall definetly moving in the right direction . There is a big difference from the first pix to the last.

Between the first and last big improvements!
Arm, legs, back and shoulders are noticably bigger.
Don't know if you flexed more on the third picture more but that seems to be the best.

Normally in progress pics peoples faces show a progression up the happiness scale. Your latest pic still looks just as goddamn mean as the first one

Overall width/depth is obvious from first to last for sure. I am a leg gal, so while the first look at your pics screams lats, I love the progress you have made in the legs. If I had anything more critical to say it would be that in the past two pics/months there has been less development in the shoulders than other areas, though they are clearly improved from start to finish. Better capping would balance your upper body a bit more, imo. Weak point of mine as well.

Good job keeping it real here, BH. If more people really focused as objectively as possible on thier bodies instead of smoke and mirrors to look good for their galleries, you would see more humility and a little more hard work.

You of all people should know when you gain weight the overall mass makes you appear bigger. It may look like you have gained much muscle mass but... When you lose the weight and get back down to the original weight you will see hardly any or minuscule gains in muscle size. On the other hand with the heavier weight put on (I for one am able to push heavier weight in the gym and feel much better about myself) maybe you as well? I vote for you not to add any more weight and to hold where you are at right now until you see your abs again. Do you have a waist measurement from start to now?

To Row, yes my shoulders need a lot of work. I am going to start concentrating on them (and any other lagging body part) as I continue with my goal, I am trying to reach 200lbs if possible.

To Carl, I am not sure why the camera hides my abs but I still have all my abs I think I will do a video which shows much more. I am going to continue gaining till I hit 200, that is my goal once again.

The best improvements are legs, shoulders, and back. The chest muscle group has improved, but I think you should concentrate on adding more thickness. I’m basing this on the side view. You rib cage is bigger, but the Pecs could look thicker. It’s just my opinion for whatever its worth. Keep up the hard work.
