No such thing as inner chest for one. Just stick with incline work and keep building up your chest.

disagree... pecs are split up and different exercises work different parts.... flys, cable crossovers will hit the "inner" part of your chest

I would increase the weight and decrease the reps for a short time then swtch back. Hit hard inclines both bb and db, then hit both incline flies and flat flies. See if that helps.

Really? Can you name the inner chest muscle? Do some research before you talk.

Likely, you're pressing with your shoulders when on an incline, preventing your chest from getting the work it needs. Set your shoulders back before you work your chest, and be sure your chest is doing the work, not your front delts. Good luck, I have the same stubborn upper chest problem as you, otherwise I would be much more impressive lol.

Focus a bit more on the basics...incline bb press, incline db press, smith bench press to upper pecs, hammer incline press. Get at least two of these movements in using straight sets and then move to flyes/crossovers. Use low cable crossovers as well...hits upper and "inner" chest fibers.
