when you run, do you burn more fat during keto since you have no carb intake
ie, when you run and your pulse is high during a normal diet, the calories you burn will be some what carbs and fat, but if you speed walk, the calories will mainly be fat loss (except you will have to walk for longer to burn the same amount of calories)
but during keto, when you run, will most if not all your calories burnt will be fat?

It depends on how you define run. If you are talking about Sprinting or HIIT, you run the risk of burning into your muscle because for intense physical activity, your body needs glucose, which your body will get from catabolizing muscle if it has no other source. You can avoid this by ingesting carbs before your workout, this is known as a TKD, or targeted ketogenic diet.
If you are doing low or medium intensity, you should be fine and burn just fat.

Its more of a problem with energy levels. You'll end up burning carbs first and if you do high intensity, you'll burn them quick. When you switch to burning fat, you wont have the energy for high intensity. For the most part. A lot of cardio on a low carb diet isnt the greatest. You'll risk burning your protein and breaking down muscle.
