Third Workout: Friday March 25, 2011 (8:30 PM)

One arm dumbbell rows: (This was done in the position of a barbell row, with my arms flared out)
With a 55 lb dumbbell
1 x 10
1 x 10
1 x 10

With an 85 lb dumbbell
1 x 15

Dumbbell Shrugs: (weight was 55lb dumbbells)
1 x 25
1 x 20
1 x 20


Product Rating:

Strength: 10/10-Still feeling strong. Energy is great.

Endurance: 8/10- I completed all of my sets without feeling burnt-out.

Recovery: 9/10- My chest is a little sore from the other day.

Taste: 10/10 Tonight I did 1 scoop in 8 ounces. It was better than my 2 previous workouts.

EZ Bar curls: Weight used was 70 lbs
1 x 25
1 x 15

EZ Bar upright Rows: Weight was 70 lbs
1 x 10
1 x 10

Close presses superset w/ Triceps extensions: Weight was 70 lbs
1 x 25 w/ 1 x 12

Side dumbbell raises:
1 x 12

Standing elevated dumbbel calf raises: weight was two 75lb dumbbells
1 x 12

Dumbbell Shrugs: (weight was two 75lb dumbbells)
1 x 40



Product Rating:

Strength/Energy: 10/10-Great energy

Endurance: 8/10- I did a little bit of everything (almost) and still feel good.

Recovery: ???/10- This area is iffy. My back was still sore until yesterday from last weeks back workout. That would possibly due to BETA-CRET helping me push past any previous level of intensity.

Taste: 7/10: Little bitter tonight. Still good though.

Thoughts:
BETA-CRET provides great energy. I have yet to experience any sort of crash, or trouble sleeping (like Jordan ) warned me of. The taste can vary with the amount of water used. Still a unique taste but sometimes bitter.

They should tinker with the flavor, IMO. Just too bitter. I have used various amounts of water, and it still tends to be bitter.
