Some guy that sponsors several major powerlifting meets offered him $10000 to show up and lift 600 for a single rep and he declined

What sealed the deal for me was how he reps the weight with perfect form and a steady cadence. If you look at legit 600lb bench presses, they're always agonising and slow. That's a lot of weight.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.

I allways like to have a 115lb kid spot me when I rep out 600lbs on Bench.

there are some slight hints that this is fake:
1) he seems to be lifting it with ease. If that was a legit 600lbs i highly doubt he would put cream on his gob before doing it.
2) He's a bodybuilder. If he was a powerlifter then i'd say fair enough. I imagine only a fair few bodybuilders can even max out at that weight (coleman, branch etc.). He doesn't even seem close to the size of these guys in the bracket either. To do 4 without even appearing to break a sweat screams fake to me.
3) If i was doing such a high weight, i wouldn't be using some skinny kid to spot me (no matter how much knowledge he posseses).
4) perfect form and no extra assistance in the lift. When i say assistance i mean those specialised shirts that enable the user to bench more (not sure what they are called). When heavier weights are used and powerlifters max, they tend to use a lot of equipment in assisting in the lift. This guy doesn't even have a shirt on when lifting.
i know some may disagree with me but these are some of the key indications this is fake. There are some more but i can't be bothered posting them.

Now if he " twained with maxx " he probably would have been able to do 600lbs for multiple reps.

Everyone is always to quick to say "fake" to anyone who lifts heavy weights. WHY? I mean do they sell fake plates at your local walmart? Looks legit to me until proven otherwise.

he is lifting about 400~lbs with a couple of fake plates.
he lifts in a fluent motion.
Does not use a plate holder so plates rattle, and you hear the noise of banging metal.

Lol mike.. i know you mean well, but this 'myth' has already been 'busted'. Over at some other forum where Andy also posts , the discussion was like 30 pages and the main points were:
This would arguably make him one of the strongest benchers of all time.
The guys that can even handle this kind of weight outweigh him by a huge amount
In that thread Andy also claimed he had a gym lift of 700 x 1 and was all nonchalant about it, acting as if he had no idea that would be world class/legendary.
He was offered 10k to do just one rep at a meet, kept saying he would show up and eventually declined.
You said 'until proven otherwise', but there is no proof that he actually did do it (ie sanctioned lifting meet).
Then you have all the points that boroboy made above and you can clearly deduce it for yourself."Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do."

lol, who is actually stupid enough to believe this? Its been argued so much but its plain as day. If you even watch he coughs a bit from the whipping cream, the kind of distraction that would be when lifting weight that could potentially take your life. Gimme a break guys the biggest clown in the gym.
