Hello,
Just wondering, how many times should you work each body part per week? I usually try to work Biceps 2 times a week BUT I also train back which uses Biceps, is that over training the Biceps?

As often as you are able and can still progress the weight and/or reps lifted, week-to-week.
Frequency is going to vary between individuals, but a good rule of thumb is for noobs to work a full-body program that has them working muscle groups 3 times a week.

Again, the only way to answer this question is for you to try it for a few months, and see how it works for you.No brain, no gain.
