I'm 220 pounds right now. My ideal weight and build that I want to attain is 225 pounds and 230 pounds at the absolute max. I want to put on decent muscle mass and size and maintain it, but still be able to fit into normal clothes...lol.
Lot's of guys say "I want to get huge" or "I want to be jacked," but how big do you realistically want to get?

you can go to what ever size you want but honestly man i think you would look insane if you just cut from where you are now down to like 8% bf youd look fukcin shredded and bigi rep back

I'm more or less happy with my size now. I'm about 185-190 and probably in the 8% range of bodyfat at the moment.
Really the only thing I want to do is increase the size of my rhomboids and traps....(yes, worked out "mirror muscles" more than other muscles, early on!).
....although now that I think about it, I guess I wouldn't mind putting on another 10 pounds scattered throughout different muscles in my body...

I want to top out at around 260- 275
It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife
