    triceps pushdown alternative

    hi guys! Is there any free weight exercise who hit the same part of the triceps as pushdown?? I was thinking of kickback but i'm not sure if its the best alternative.

    Kickbacks, overhead extensions, and tricep dips are all great alternatives to the pushdown.

    Does Single DB with both arms holding dumbbells hit the same parts as BB overhead, because i have a wrist injury and i cant do BB overhead??

    Use an ez bar then it's safer but if ur injured u better let it heal completely before u push yourself

    To answer ur ques it doesn't, u can't carry very heavy without having difficulties holding it not to mention d strain in ur elbows to keep the reps in line, use an ez bar or pulleys
