I have 2 pics that I just took a few minutes ago, and I am asking for your advice on how to get rid of the fat around my stomach so my abs are visible, and also i have a tiny bit of gyno that i believe was from the 1 cycle or prohormones i took, and i even took a PCT with estrogen blocker and i still grew a little bit. it sucks, if there is any way to get rid of that with a supplement now or anything thanks.
Also, no matter how much i diet and run along with lifting weights, i cannot seem to get rid of the belly fat or the gyno

It's just fat. All over. Lose weight and you will look great. You've got a good base. You just need to lean out.
You can not spot reduce. Lose weight...while eating properly and lifting.........and the fat will go away.A diet isn't punishment. A diet is a way to reward your body with the wholesome, nutritious food that it needs. Your body composition is a direct reflection of what you put in your mouth.

- Workout 3 times a week with weights.
- Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
- Reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week.

As it has been stated already - you have a great foundation to work with. As was also stated - there is NO WAY to target a specific area for fat loss. Determine your daily maintenance and eat @ a deficit. All you need is a rough estimate of your BF% to do the calculation. I am quite sure you will find the calculation in another "sticky" laden post that was also part of an answer to your question. The math does work. Adjust as needed.
