Have you lost inches? Noticed any changes in how your clothes fit?

Also, are you eating at a deficit?

Remember, the scale is not the end all, be all. You can lose inches and the scale will not move.

maybe what you lost in the beginning was water weight? are you measuring everything your eating? how many calories per day are you eating? what are your maintenance calories? what are your stats?

Don't pay attention to the scale. You can lose weight and it not show if you are gaining muscle at the same rate. My experience is weight does not fall off every week since I have been doing body building (heavy weights) and cardio. It drops off in large increments after several weeks as in 6 or 8 lbs drops in 4 days...but with weeks in between those times. But even during those times when weight didn't appear to be lose I was going down in clothing sizes. Don't try to figure it out, don't concentrate on the scale just keep exercising and eating right. Just keep learning new lift techniques and recipes, that's what I am doing and it will fall into place. Lost 41 lbs so far. If you really feel you need some sort of gauge for your progress get the bodytape measurer from this site's online store. You can buy it or else get it free if you buy a certain amount of protein powder, etc. That way you can measure your body without needing the help of another person and start charting your progress that way.
