    Need another meal high in protein...

    Meal 1
    2 chicken breast - 48g protein


    Meal 2
    Salmon - 37g protein


    Meal 3
    ?

    Pre-workout
    something with carbs

    Post workout
    Protein shake - 20g protein

    Meal 4
    2 cups of egg whites - 48g protein


    I need about 180-200g of protein. I've got around 153g of protein so far.... i need about 30-50g more...no idea what to do with meal 3

    How about instead of something with carbs you throw in some kashi cereal, kind of kill two birds with one stone and get some protein with those carbs.

    For the meal tuna, eggs, egg whites, how any calories are you looking for in that meal?

    There is 3 macronutrients, its not a rubix cube. Chances are if you eat something random from your fridge its gonna have protein. Now if you take 3 seconds of your life and think about it you wouldn't have to make this ridiculous thread and waste 3 seconds of my life reading your sad question.

    Move meal 4 elsewhere and do this for meal 4:

    1 Cup Water
    2 servings Cottage cheese
    1 Scoop protein powder
    1 TBS powdered chocolate.
    Blended til smooth

    Drink cold or nuke and have as hot chocolate

    ~60g protein.
