2 chicken breast - 48g protein
Meal 2
Salmon - 37g protein
Meal 3
?
Pre-workout
something with carbs
Post workout
Protein shake - 20g protein
Meal 4
2 cups of egg whites - 48g protein
I need about 180-200g of protein. I've got around 153g of protein so far.... i need about 30-50g more...no idea what to do with meal 3

Fk me in the beard go ask your parents to spoon feed you. IMO try thinking for yourself I'm sure your not so much of a tard you can't figure it out.
There is 3 macronutrients, its not a rubix cube. Chances are if you eat something random from your fridge its gonna have protein.
