    Any Progress At All?

    It might look like a little progress, but not enough!

    Back Double Bicep Before


    Back Double Bicep After


    Too much time has passed, and not enough progress has been made. I need to get my diet down. It has been about 5 months in between the pictures.
    My critique for myself would be...
    1) I need to get leaner
    2) More muscular

    lol. Danggg... I do work other stuff also.. It's my diet though, during these 5 months it has been yo yo dieting. I'm working on counting macros though, so hopefully I will be able to make better progress.
