Is it time for me to cut?

    Hi. Here's a brief easy-to-read history...

    April 2010: 160 lbs, 25% BF.
    November 2010: 145 lbs, 9% BF.

[Here I started overeating and trying to figure out my body and how to gain strength...]

November 2010 to January: Not much progress... was figuring out what works for me.. Ended up doing SS.

    ----------

January 2010 to now: 163 lbs, 15% BF

    [5 Rep Stats]
    Bench: 95 to 155 lbs
    Deadlift: 115 to 235 lbs
    Squat: 95 to 250 lbs
Behind the Neck Press: 50 to 100 lbs
Pendelaylay Rows: 95 to 140 lbs

    Dips: 0 to 7-8 reps
    Hammer Grip Pull-ups: 2-3 to 7-8

    ----------

I'm feeling a bit pudgy, and I [think] I had some nice gain in strength. I don't feel like a total wiener at the gym (but there are bigger people). Should I lose some fat though? Would taking a break from gaining be good at this point?

If I were in your position, I would keep bulking, but it all depends on your goals and what you feel like doing. From the sounds of it, you want to cut ("I'm feeling a bit pudgy"), so you probably should.

You could cut if you really think you must, and next time watch what you eat, you gained 9lbs/month, that's why you gained fat, try to shoot for 1lb/week max, or 4-5lbs/month, either now if you decide to continue bulking, or after you cut if you decide to do that.
