Have you heard about MAN Sports Figure Fuel? I know that you like BCAAs. It has a great profile.

3lbs to go...now 2.2lbs to go!
It's still that time of the month for me. Basically been a week from hell. Can't wait for it to be over! Hopefully I'll lose some water weight once my hormones go back to normal
Okay so I have to thank MAN SPORTS for their continued support through my transformation. I received a jug of their pre-workout GAME DAY yesterday in the mail! I had to go through hell and high water to pick it up from the post office (long story but it was rush hour traffic and it was at the downtown post office. I had to pay to park 5 blocks away and get to the post office before it closed.) I did get it though! I am so glad I did. I experiented with it by taking 1 scoop immediately before my workout and MY GOD! I ended up training legs for 2 hours!!! Then I did 30 mins of 85% max HR cardio on the stepmill. I was like an animal. Even though I took it at 5:30pm, I was still able to fall asleep later that night no problem. I was scared I wasn't going to be able to walk today I trained so hard last night. I've never and I mean NEVER worked out like that before in my life. So far I give GAME DAY 5 stars but I'll give it another week of workouts to see if I get the same results. I wanted to try GAME DAY because its similiar to JACKED but without proprietary blends or creatine. I loved BODY OCTANE but I noticed I needed a stimulant push since I workout after a full day of work often times. I liked 1MR as well but it had TOO much stimulants and I wouldn't be able to go to sleep when I'd work out in the evening.
Yesterday's Weight: 153lbs (+1lbs??? I have no idea why )
Today's Weight: 152.2lbs (-0.8lbs but I feel VERY swollen!)
Yesterday's Nutrition: 1590 calories, 59g fat, 81g protein, 185g carbohydrate (21g fiber)
Nutrition (1590 calories) - Cardio (-220 calories) = 1370 calories actual. I weight lifted dripping sweat and begging for mercy for 2 hours so I probably burned 200-300 calories doing that as well.
Next Week's Goals:
1. 117g protein/day
2. 62g fat/day ---> eliminate just about ALL saturated fat intake
3. Eat all natural...if it doesn't grow, I don't eat it. Only exception is protein powder, fluid milk, and meat. I would get organic meat but I can't afford the price difference at this time.
4. Get to 150lbs!!!
Yesterday's Supplements:
4 MVP 365 (2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch)
4 ZMK (4 at bedtime)
2 scoops of Dymatize Elite Gourmet Milk Chocolate + 5g-L glutamine (post workout)
1 scoop MAN sports GAME DAY (pre workout)
I have to say this. Dymatize Elite Gourmet Milk Chocolate protein tastes like GARBAGE now. Maybe it's getting old since I'm at the last 1/2lbs of a 5lbs tub. It tastes chalky, gritty, and I can't stand the chocolate taste anymore. I guess I just have to think functional nutrition until I get something else. Plus I only mix my protein powder with water.
Anyone have any suggestions for new protein supplement???Last edited by BellaValerina; 06-10-2011 at 08:21 AM.

1.6lbs to go :)
Yesterday I weighed in at 152.2lbs and this AM I'm 151.6lbs (-0.6lbs). Werid because I didn't work out yesterday, I'm still on my period, I'm soooo sore from my leg workout, and I slept over 20 hours since yesterday afternoon. Oh well I'll take being in the 151s!!!!!!!!!!
Also down to 22.6% BF. Wooohooo
Yesterday's Nutrition: 1885 calories, 88.5g fat, 63g protein, 210g carbohydrates (14g fiber)
**I almost over ate yesterday. Not a binge but I was so hungry last night I was going to break down and eat some protein sludge even though I knew it was going to put me over my calories/carbs/fat. I didn't though! I'm glad I didn't because the numbers on the scale are falling **
Yesterday's Supplements:
2 MVP 365

I've been following your thread even though I haven't posted but I wanted to say you are doing/and look awesome!
I was super duper excited to read you are so close to your 150lb goal! You'll probably hit that number any day now!Romans 8:24, 'We were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?'.
How am I today? I'm truly blessed!
If you don't stand for something, you will fall for everything.

Hey bella I wanted to run this by you to see if your research of your own body measures up to this with my levels of activity and deficit level.
From what im seeing 55% of calories from carbs seems to be good when I do 500 calories of cardio (what my bodybugg tells me and its spot on with my past data) 4 times a week and 100 calories of weightlifting 3 times a week. And a 300 calorie deficit from my resting metabolic rate weekly as well. Do you do those kinds of ratios per week? Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Honestly, I eat like s*it. I eat for 70% enjoyment and 30% for functionality. I can't even lie... The only thing that's keeping me from failing when I eat this way is that I stop myself from over eating once I hit my calorie limit --- even when I'm starving and I feel like my stomach is eating itself. True story.
I'm working on it!!! I know if I want to pack on some serious lean gains, I gotta quit it lol. One thing is for sure, ice cream is working its way into my plan...NO MATTER WHAT!!!View my story of becoming "Female Transformation of the Week" at: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/operation-dream-barbie-is-a-success.html

1.6 to 2.6lbs to go...
I AM SO SORE! My epic leg workout from a few days ago is still making my hamstrings beg for mercy. I trained abs yesterday for 1.5 hours. To say the least I am very sore in my abs as well! This sucks.
So I weighed in at 151.6lbs yesterday!!!! Today I weighed in at 152.6lbs Oh well. I'm retaining water to say the least with all this soreness. I'm going to keep trying for 150lbs! I can do it!!! I'll be honest, it's getting to the point I really want a free meal. I realllyyyyyy do lol. It's only been 2 weeks though since I got hardcore strict again. Maybe around 4th of July I'll have an actual cheat dinner.
Yesterday's nutrtion was excellent. I couldn't of really done any better IMO.
1865 calories, 68g fat, 131g protein, 183g carbohydrate (15g fiber)
Yesterday's Supplements:
2 BSN Atro-Phex
2 scoops of Dymatize Whey Smooth Banana (post-workout)
1 Nut Butter Peanut Butter Snack (They looked so good but tasted so baddddd)
1 scoop of Game Day (pre-workout) ---> I didn't feel all the energy and determination like I did yesterday. However I did do abs for 1.5 hours. I never do abs...ever!
On a funny note, I met my boyfriend's best friend yesterday at the gym. I guess when I left he asked my boyfriend, "DAMN does she have a 20 inch waist or what???!!!" Made me feel good when he told me thatView my story of becoming "Female Transformation of the Week" at: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/operation-dream-barbie-is-a-success.html

Just PSMF for 2 DAYS!
I did it for 4 days last week, eating only 3 cans of tuna per day, and I ended up dropping 6 lbs of "scale weight" in 4 days. I plan on doing this again for a longer stint (likely 12-14 days over the next 2 weeks when I'm on vacation and the carb temptations will be restricted.

I can't do it. Anything that resembles a "restrictive" diet back fires for me....in multiple ways. If I'm destined to be in the lower 150s as an adult...it is what it is.
*BTW: Today is a free day for me. I was starving from the moment I woke up. I ate breakfast, went back to bed for a few hours, woke up starving again. I decided to eat meals today so....*View my story of becoming "Female Transformation of the Week" at: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/operation-dream-barbie-is-a-success.html

New log!!!
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post698973481
PLEASE FOLLOW ME OVER TO MY NEW LOG. This will probably turn into a year long journey but I'm in it for learning process! I really don't care about my weight anymore. I do, however, care about improving my nutrition, getting stronger, and lowering my BF%.
Can't believe its been over 4 months since I started this log. Medial improvements but, more importantly, I've maintained and slightly improved my stats!
Start: 157lbs 25.2%BF
Finish: 152.6lbs 22.6% BF
