    this cut i hardly ever did cardio and focused on diet so i wouldent be flat looking and also so it wouldnt be such a big cross over from bulking to cutting. there was about a month where i gradually altered my diet which was really frustrating bc im either all the way bulking or cutting lol. but since i was below 10% for such a long time before i bulked i feel like it was easy for my body to go back in that state. i also was taking tons of xtend which i feel helps

    Hey OP, I'm curious.... do you not have a 6-pack or is there very little fat covering the last 2 ablets down there?

    I'm around 12% now cutting down every week, but I notice an outline of a 6-pack, like in your before pics.... I hope I have them though... I mean cut is cut though, regardless of how big your abs are.

    Do you not do heavy lower ab training, or is that how your body is?

    i actually didnt work out my abs at all during my bulk bc i wanted my abs to shrink bc i felt they were over developed. anyways i happy with my abs but yea i see what your saying. iv been starting to do leg raises hardcore to get the bottom ones popping

    That gyno is killing everything. Have you ever ran letro? What about blood test? Need to get your estrogen and pro e levels check as well.

    i didn't think it was even that big of a deal. never ran anything for it, didnt feel the need to....it shrunk as i lost bodyfat and looking at the last pic, my nips look fine in my eyes

    Great Progress! and i wouldnt worry about your slight gyno. It could be much worse. I have pubertal gyno that makes the whole aerola bigger and stick out. Sucks, especially since i never used anything that would cause it.

    yea, well remember its fat, so since i did cut up pretty fast, if i maintain this, the fat will eventually go away or get a lot smaller

    True Gyno is not just fat, its hardened breast tissue. Only way to get rid of that would be surgery. You might just have had very little breast tissue but lots of fat, which is why yours got better after a cut.

    the last pic was taken at like 2am, and so my stomach isnt to where it is when i just wake up. when just wake up my stomach is super flat and dry, and i can see all 6 easy, so idk. probably just a weird pic. my obliques looked way better in that pic then they usually do.

    for me i know it helped a ton, i used the same carb cycling diet as i did my last cut, but i felt flat as hell during times of my first cut cause i was doing cardio like 1-2 times everyday. took a little longer considering bodyfat before and after ratio between both cuts but i still managed to do it in a short amount of time
