this cut i hardly ever did cardio and focused on diet so i wouldent be flat looking and also so it wouldnt be such a big cross over from bulking to cutting. there was about a month where i gradually altered my diet which was really frustrating bc im either all the way bulking or cutting lol. but since i was below 10% for such a long time before i bulked i feel like it was easy for my body to go back in that state. i also was taking tons of xtend which i feel helps

Hey OP, I'm curious.... do you not have a 6-pack or is there very little fat covering the last 2 ablets down there?
I'm around 12% now cutting down every week, but I notice an outline of a 6-pack, like in your before pics.... I hope I have them though... I mean cut is cut though, regardless of how big your abs are.
Do you not do heavy lower ab training, or is that how your body is?Never. Stop. Pushing.

for me i know it helped a ton, i used the same carb cycling diet as i did my last cut, but i felt flat as hell during times of my first cut cause i was doing cardio like 1-2 times everyday. took a little longer considering bodyfat before and after ratio between both cuts but i still managed to do it in a short amount of time
