skinny but with belly fat

hi, i had a question about losing belly fat. is it saturated fat that gives a belly? im skinny overall but would like to lose my belly. i dont drink beer either. is there a way to lose my belly fat without losing weight throughout the rest of my body (im already kinda underweight). what should i do? thanks.

No, it's lack of activity, overeating, high body fat percentage and low muscle mass.
Diagnosis - skinny fat.
