Which pre-workout supplements don't provide the jitters?

Long time no Supp Section guys,

I've been out of the energy PWO game for a while and have just been taking bulk AAKG plus a few other things. I haven't been on any stimulants in a long time, and right now I'm VERY sensitive to them. When I used to take pre-workout shakes sometimes I would also get bad anxiety. I drink 2 Coke Zeros a day but that is it.

Keep in mind I'm looking for something that will provide energy, but not enough energy that I get jittery and have anxiety.

Any suggestions would be extremely helpful.

OP, I have two anxiety disorders, but I find that with proper control of caffeine dosage, I don't get problems with caffeine causing anxiety problems.
Just start off at say, 200mg and go from there. I've found 300-400mg works best for me personally. Good amount of energy with no jitters and no crash afterwards.

White Flood and Jack3d don't give me jitters at all, but between both, I assume White Flood is the better choice. If you prefer stim-free, I've heard C-BOL and Clout are some of the very popular choices.

Whaaaaaaaat? Jack3d is one of the most stim-heavy "jittery" PWOs on the market! Look into White Flood or just about anything else without 1,3 dimeth in it. Amino Energy is pretty smooth too...not as strong as endurance as White Flood, but definitely no jitters.

Caff pills would be even harder to regulate. Most don't come in pills less than 200 mg a pill.


I would get something that is 1,3 DMAA free and start with 1/4 to 1/2 a scoop.



Overall products, i know that XF Vengeance doesn't have very much stimulants at all.

i am sensitive to them as well and actually i like superpump...i don't get any jitters, also animal pump i know it's a creatine but comes with a stim pill that i didn't feel was strong either

Don't try 1RM. I know you are looking for supplements to try, but this is just a warning. I tried their sample when working out yesterday and the feeling I got from this was beyond jitters. I couldn't think straight and felt nauseous. I wanted to throw up, but didn't. Needlesstosay, that my workout was not the best. I felt weird the rest of the day.

Maybe for some people this works fine, but not me.

however i haven't had trouble with methyl mass EP. take like 3/4 of a scoop to start and adjust from there.


also c4 seemed pretty light on the jitters for me.

Stay away from 1 3 dimethyl for sure... thats a heavy stimulant. You could low does other preworkouts as long as it isnt reducing other aspects.

Try snagging some litup from or various promos. Everyone has been saying its a very subtle energy

Not the crazy energy associated with other Pre's I've taken but no jitters either. Good pump and the best thing about it to me is no crash a few hours after your workout.
