Long time no Supp Section guys,
I've been out of the energy PWO game for a while and have just been taking bulk AAKG plus a few other things. I haven't been on any stimulants in a long time, and right now I'm VERY sensitive to them. When I used to take pre-workout shakes sometimes I would also get bad anxiety. I drink 2 Coke Zeros a day but that is it.
Keep in mind I'm looking for something that will provide energy, but not enough energy that I get jittery and have anxiety.
Any suggestions would be extremely helpful.
Thanks.

This.
OP, I have two anxiety disorders, but I find that with proper control of caffeine dosage, I don't get problems with caffeine causing anxiety problems.
Just start off at say, 200mg and go from there. I've found 300-400mg works best for me personally. Good amount of energy with no jitters and no crash afterwards.

Caff pills would be even harder to regulate. Most don't come in pills less than 200 mg a pill.
I would get something that is 1,3 DMAA free and start with 1/4 to 1/2 a scoop.
Overall products, i know that XF Vengeance doesn't have very much stimulants at all.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

Don't try 1RM. I know you are looking for supplements to try, but this is just a warning. I tried their sample when working out yesterday and the feeling I got from this was beyond jitters. I couldn't think straight and felt nauseous. I wanted to throw up, but didn't. Needlesstosay, that my workout was not the best. I felt weird the rest of the day.
Maybe for some people this works fine, but not me.Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

A non-stim product like Ultima or Pump-BOL would certainly give you some great workouts minus the jitters.
Check out what users have said about Pump-BOL: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=130813533

Unlike some other products out there that are loaded with caffeine and 1,3 and nothing to balance them out, PreSurge Unleashed utilizes SunTheanine and Neuravena along with other cognitive enhancers to deliver clean, jitter free energy and focus. In your case, even 1/2 a scoop might do the trick for you, just start small and work your way up.
There are also solid non stim options such as Omega Ultima and Pump-Bol.

If you are looking to try White Flood you can pick up a free sample in the link in my sig.
Out of all the stimmed preworkouts, it is one with one of the least chances to cause jitters. Keep your dosing low at first to test your tolerance. Steady clean energyControlled Labs Warder

For stim free options there are plenty available.
Agmatine works well, along with citrulline malate, and to some degree beta alanine.
Citruvol by MST has citrulline and beta alanine.
RagNOrok also comes stim free.
Depends on what you are and aren't looking for in a product, as nitrates are growing in popularity as well.Youtube.com/LiftingDad

C-BOL and/or Pump-BOL and half a caffeine pill if you desire
Clout and/or Body Octane
XF Vengeance or even Ice Plus
Omega Ultima
Probably your best choices if you are stim sensitive and wish to continue to avoid stim usage. Check our feedback threads on Pump-BOL and C-BOL. The formulas are not only backed by research but also perform well in the real world.
