    Pink Magic is for professional use ONLY. I wouldn't recommend it at your stage because your muscles will actually grow TOO quickly and the stretch marks would be horrendous.

    I don't actually eat 13 bananas bro! I eat one after I workout. But thanks for the reply. What would you suggest eating right after a workout (besides a banana) . All this talk about bananas is making me hungry.. brb

    I eat tons of those foods so i'll keep doing what I'm doing! It has got me this far. I take 1mr before - it gives me a great edge. I guess just eating loads of these foods will gain more mass. I am getting lean but want to bulk up and then cut before summer.

    Back in the day I took Anabolic Muscle by Healthy 'N Fit it worked really well I did what the bottle said two half servings a day. Definitly worth a try and its cheap too.

    you're going to put on a little bit of fat, that's inevitable. But if you stick to gaining about a pound per week, you'll minimize the fat gain. It's when you try to bulk too quickly that the fat really gets out of hand.
