theory is that increased heat to an area increases blood-flow and increases the chance that fat will be pulled from that area since there is more blood flowing to it.

There was a post about a study about some guy who heard it from his uncle that his wife's ex-boyfriend's former roommate had lost fat via spot-reduction.

seriously though there was a post about a spot reduction study that showed some spot-reduction may be possible via the aforementioned circulation/heat theory.

I think there should be stickies about the 3 general body types (skinny, skinny fat, fat) and how to achevie a better physique. Most likely with links/posts to stories that worked and how.

I still hold on to the fact that every American Indian picture/movie shows abs.. cut abs.. and what do a vast majority of them have in their hands?? two things!!

The more I cut, the more noticable my love handles are. I know they will eventually go, but it looks pretty bad right now because I'm fairly defined everywhere else. Ugh. Hopefully, they will be gone by summer.
