guessing you're talking about all the pics? the individual ones i do one at a time with the URL's. the intro I made however, I spent a saturday building the whole thing in MS paint and saving it as one big picture. then I uploaded it to a free photo sharing website and used the URL off of that. pretty simple way to make it work.

well today was officially the first day of taking Con-Cret the way it's supposed to be used. i started by mixing 2 scoops of the blue razz about an hour before hitting the iron.
i used my standard shaker cup and was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the mixability. what is in this stuff? there was no settling or any gloppy particles floating in it like everything else I've ever taken. it mixed quick, and stayed mixed. can't ask for more.
The taste, i would say 10/10 especially for a supplement. it may sound odd, but i enjoy fruity drinks for the most part and this was awesome. blue razz is delicious and con-cret delivered in the taste department.
i also had an awesome workout yet again today. it was weird not having the stims that I'm used to from taking Jack3d. i thought today would go way worse because I cut it out for this log. fortunately I was DEAD wrong. More PR's were obtained, and i guess now I just need to work harder to outdo it next time. here's the breakdown:
1Barbell Squat - 160x15, 190x15, 210x12 PR
2Leg Extensions - 200x10, 220x10, 235x10PR
3Seated Leg Curl - 135x10, 150x10, 160x8
4Smith Machine Lunges - 100x10, 110x10, 120x10
5Seated Calf Raise - 170x15, 180x15, 180x15 PR
6Standing Dumbbell Calf Raise - 85x12, 90x12, 90x12
7Seated One-arm Cable Pulley Rows - 60x12, 80x12, 80x12 PR
8Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown - 160x10, 160x10, 170x7 PR
9Back Extensions - 55x12, 55x12
10Incline Dumbbell Curl - 30x12, 35x10, 35x10
11Lying Cable Curl (Dropset) - 130x8, 115x8, 100x8 PR
12Hammer Curls - 35x10, 40x10 PR
13Palms-Down Dumbbell Wrist Curl Over A Bench - 10x12, 10x12, 10x12 PR
and of course the breakdown of the Con-Cret:
Strength - 10/10 - yet again more PR's were had, which makes today a great day in the strength department. Don't know where these keep coming from lately, but I'm definitely not complaining!
Endurance - 10/10 - it just kept coming and there was no stopping my energy to move the weight. I was pretty much throwing iron around the gym the entire time I was in there and I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes. could've stayed longer and done more, woulda done my abs too, but I had to get back to work for some more meetings. once I started, I just didn't want to leave!
Recovery - 9/10 - Yesterday was an intense PR filled workout, and normally I would plan on being super sore the next day after hitting the weights like that. but other than some minor soreness in the shoulders (one of my weakest points, my wife rags on me about them all the time) everything feels great! i hope the effects continue, because I plan on putting up even more PR's in the near future. Hell let's say tomorrow!
Overall con-cret seems awesome! I know it's only been all of 30 hours since my first dose, but time will tell more whether it's all in my head or for real. I hope it's option #2 because then maybe I will have found a supp that truly delivers on all it's promises! so far so good, let's keep it going!
on a side note, fantastic work today Doc, inspirational for scrawny guys like me! I have a feeling I'll make more gains during this log than ever before, simply due to the fact that I have to see the big ass numbers you put up every day. fantastic job bro!

geez... will the PRs ever stop! (probably not )
to be honest, i dont even use a shaker when i take Con-Cret
(i just fill a cup with water, drop the scoops in and just stir it with a spoon!)
the Recovery is staggering on this stuff!
i think thats the "secret" behind the strength and endurance

Glad to see you finally took the Con-Cret bro, your volume in workouts is crazy I need to get on a split like that sometime lol. I think were going to both improve a lot on this stuff, cuz it pushes me harder knowing I'm logging with someone, guess that was the point lol.
Thanks to everybody for the support to, I'll try to start uploading some vids once my lifting partner is back in action he has walking pneumonia right now so..CON-CRET LOG-http:http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=636607883

Sure, it was a different pic than you intended. I'll remove mine then.
Great workouts both of you.
Outside linebacker was what I was guessing.
Be sure to get all of those PR's in ProMera's PR thread for a chance to win some more Con-Cret.

Havent ran outside since last SUNDAY!! thats horrible, mainly because I was suffering from a pretty bad head cold all of last week and didnt want to make it worse by running in 30 degree weather, but its 58 out today and I'm still stuffed up right now. So I could not breath, felt tired, and my burst was not their. First game is Saturday, so I will probably not have it by then. Its like playing Madden without the turbo button. If I work hard enough I may have it back by the next week, but I just felt no explosion today, probably heavy deadlifts earlier this week didnt help either.
However I'm still feeling good about our first game, its against our league rival, and word is their will be a scout or two in attendance so...
Going to get a Dynamic Leg Workout in tonight, go hard DBLBacn I want to see numbers!!CON-CRET LOG-http:http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=636607883

DAY 4 PM Workout

Cable Knee Drives
20lbs x8
10lbs x8
Bench Step Up with Exaggerated Leg Raise
65x8
40x8
Jump Squat
95x3

Single Leg Bench Jumps
x5
x5 (w/20lbs)
Then Decided to Mess around and hit Decline Bench
225x5
315x5 fast and easy
only had 40 minutes to workout, so that is why this isnt much done tonight.
overall not a bad workout, messed around with a working set of decline at the end, going to probably hit my back hard tommorow, and going to run my 40, and a couple other timed drills hopefully friday. Shooting for a 4.75
I ran 4.72, 4.74, 4.72 back in December but then again I havent been running 40's in a while but have been running during practice and a sprint/dynamic session each week. Want to up the running now that it is warmer, no longer snow and I can get in better game shape.CON-CRET LOG-http:http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=636607883

Another awesome workout today. not as many PR's on this one as the last two, but still hit quite a few. i base my PR's off of my total volume for the exercise, and it seems like every time i go into it I get stronger and stronger. it's like I've been getting nOOb gains without being one. this program I've been using has really worked for me so far, and hopefully it stays that way.
The Breakdown:
PWO i took 3 scoops of the blue razz about an hour before hand as well as some of the ripped fuel. was pretty tired this morning from lack of sleep so i thought the caffiene couldn't hurt. same as yesterday, the con-cret tasted amazing and mixed extremely well. only been 2 days and I'm already a fan!
1Dumbbell Bench Press - 60x15, 70x15, 80x9 PR
2Butterfly - 175x10, 185x10, 190x10
3Dips - Chest Version - 45x8, 55x8, 57.5x8 PR
4Arnold Dumbbell Press - 35x12, 40x12, 45x10 PR
5Upright Cable Row - 145x10, 155x10, 160x10 PR
6Standing Front Barbell Raise Over Head - 50x12, 60x12, 60x10 PR
7Dumbbell Shrug - 85x12, 85x12, 90x10
8Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment - 120x12, 130x12, 130x12 PR
9Standing Overhead Barbell Triceps Extension - 70x10, 70x10, 70x10
10Crunches - 14x20, 14x15, 14x15
11Hanging Leg Raise - 10x5, 10x5
I took a little extra time today as I had more to spend in the gym. only ended up being about 15 minutes more than usual, but the extra rest seemed to help on some of the lifts. overall a great workout and am satisfied with it.
Strength - 9/10 - would liked to have hit a little heavier or a few more reps on some of these, but overall I was feeling strong and everything went great.
Endurance - 9/10 - definitely felt up to the challenge today. i could've kept going if I really wanted to, but by the time i hit that last set of abs I was starting to get tired and figured I should call it quits for the day.
Recovery - 10/10 - no DOMS, no feelings of soreness, no anything that would even imply I hit the gym yesterday. it's kinda weird actually. sometimes I feel like if I'm not sore i didn't work hard enough, but then the numbers went up again today and I had more PR's so I take that to mean the con-cret is doing it's job and I won't have to deal with that pesky soreness during my next workout.
My second time hitting the same muscle group in a week i usually end up lifting less instead of more. Today that was not the case. I really hope this continues because if it does I may be hitting 100lb dumbbells before the log is over. wouldn't that be great?!
great job today Doc! way to get in there and hit it fast!ACE CPT
