    HUGE workout! Congrats on the PR, a pretty common occurance when hard training meets Con-Cret eh? ;]
    I've been interested in adding box squats to my routine...do you literally sit and pause on the box at the bottom of the movement? Or is it more like when you hit the box you accelerate upwards?
