If you're looking for something calorically dense,
Whole Milk
Peanut Butter
Banana
Protein powder
Could get to 6-900 calories pretty quickly...Was: 330
Now: 240
Cut 03/10 - 02/11 (-90 lbs)
Bulk 02/11-03/11 (Estimated +10 pounds - mental break)

Here's my breakfast shake:
Strawberries: 1 cup, sometimes a bit more ~50 cals
One whole banana ~100 cals
Oats: 1 cup, I use a coffee grinder to make it easier to drink ~300
Milk: 3 cups ~300
Banana Muscle Milk: 1 scoop ~150
Whey Vanilla: 1 scoop ~130
So it ends up being somewhere around 1030 calories in the shake.
Usually have 1/2 to 1 cup of oats with it. It tastes pretty good and is a good way to start the day.Last edited by Manjaco; 02-24-2011 at 04:30 PM.

I make a 3000 calorie shake with 1 cup of oats,3 tbs of peanut butter,1 cup of ice cream,1 large banana,1 ensure plus (350 calories), 4 scoops of whey protein,4 scoops of re-built mass gainer,2 tbs of olive oil,2 tbs of honey and 1 1/2 of milk.I split this up 3x a day and it works great.I still eat an additional 1500 calories of food split up 5 times through the day.

You can also use honey to increase the cals, if that is what you are looking for. I make my shake with skim milk, banana, chocolate whey, & honey, and it is delicious. I'm not looking for a high calorie smoothie, but if I were, I'd use whole milk and add natty pb and maybe some fudge or something to make it taste really fantastic. You can get that up to 1000 cals easy.

When the BF was having some issues eating and not being able to keep a whole lot down I made a shake with ice cream (BnJ PB cup), a weight gainer pp, PB, and a banana. Tasted like money and was easily 1k cals.
Macro-wise, no idea..... but lots of cals and lots of yumminess. What's Spicy Training For?? LIFE MOTHER F-ER!
