Maca Powder or Pills?

Going to get some Maca in my order but not sure if I should go powder or pills? I know with things like BCAA you should always get powder but is this th same? How much maca per day do you need to take to feel the results? Going to stack it with forskolin and maybe horny goat weed.

Right now I have the NOW 250 pill/500mg per pill or maca in my cart for $12 but is powder a better option?

The thing about the powder is that you get alot more for the same price as the pills. I guess thats with anything supplement. Tho. You should take anywhere between 5-15g daily, starting at 5g to test how it affects you.

its just easier to take the powder than all the pills...when i take the pills i need to take 10 a day...with the powder i just take 2 teaspoons...i aim for 5g a day
