so in my continued quest in starting an interesting new thread, beyond asking how big were Arnolds biceps, I came up with this; post the most impressive gym lifts (obviously by IFBB pros) that you have come across.
Now to avert a s hitstorm, I don't know how to post videos myself(i'm nearly 37 so give me a break) but three come to mind. In no particular order, I'd have to include the Platz 500 for 23 even if it is suited and wrapped. Another that stands out is that last set of leg presses by Dorian in blood and guts (yeah the 'woo-hoo' one). Definition of intensity. And another that was posted a while ago, Ronnie Rockel front squatting, rememeber it being 5 plates and more I think, deep as hell and from a relatively small guy.
Any more for any more? Or shall we talk about Arnolds biceps?

really curious about this one
vid quality is so poor, it looks like a lot of plates, it might be Jason Huh......
700 for 7 though? Even if thats suited........
He does have the archetypal squatters build. But in the MD with him on the cover there is no mention of squatting that much, in fact it says he goes up to 5 plates, and this is from a workout 2 months ago. I mean, if he squatted that wouldnt you take a photo or put the vid on the MD website?
Slightly skeptical hippo

Hey, his form is OK! Sure, a bit wobbly in the beginning, but once he hits his stride he gets some nice even reps.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.
