    As everyone said , you should definitely squat, but one thing that I havent seen anyone mention is SPRINTING. Specifically sprinting up hills. This will definitely grow your legs and the rest of your body. Just look at any Sprinters legs. Your Welcome.

    So true, Do Hills or HIIT training you will def notice a difference then on other day do squats.

    Squats .. not just half assed 1/4 squats .. Knees out , ass to the ground squats.
