So I have this chest, that everytime I wake up in the morning it looks horrible. Saggy with lots of extracellular water retention. I get in the shower and its like that, then i get out of the shower and its firm and perky the way it should be! . . ? Its ok then for a while but then again in the evening, it goes saggy.. I know its not fat because when I pinch it and pull it it ripples, its very loose and ive not much fat everywhere else. I drink alot of water and my sodium intake is minimum. It is not gyno because there are no hard lumps, its been like this for a while now and they've not gotten bigger and it comes and goes during the day. I also think heat is related somehow. Just throwing that out there incase.
Please comment if you know anything or even anyone with this problem. It has been like this for so damn long and it really is driving me nuts. its my only chest, i have to live with it. I've worked hard for a nice chest and i cant even see it half the time

I do know what you mean, as mines like that late at night. In the morning first thing it's fine, in cold weather fine. But at night, it just gets all saggy. Plus, my nipple kind of curves out which is awkward anyway. Im just guessing I need more muscle mass under there, and reduced fat. It sounds stupid at my weight that I have fat, but I do. Im typical skinny fat. Except with virtually no muscle.

Yes, it's excess water retention.
Run it off. After an hour run or so, you should look more defined and the run would've remedied the excess water retention and make you look more defined and muscular.
Works for me. After a run, my pecs look more defined and firm after I've sweated out all of those excess fluids...
Apparently, I'm a descendant of humans who used to live in really hot and dry climates (what? Mars? ), so evolutionarily speaking, those folks' bodies would've evolved to retain more water due to a lack of an abundance of water supplies.Battlefield 8 fan
